Ronnie Sasser, President of the company, oversees the development of our beautiful communities. Mr. Sasser as well handles the development and sales of our lots and new homes in the Goldsboro/Wayne County area.

Ron, Ronnie’s oldest son, has been with the company as a project manager since 2003. Ron came on board after receiving a degree from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He as well manages all construction projects and is in charge of customer relations.

Derrick Sasser, one of the twins, has been working with Sasser Home Builders since he graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School in 2003. He works under Ron as an assistant in the daily operations of the company.

Dustin Sasser, was recently drafted in the 2007 Major League Baseball (MLB) Draft by the Chicago Cubs. He is currently playing for the Cubs AA Tennessee Smokies.

Sylvia Sasser, wife of Ronnie, serves as company secretary assisting in general paperwork and accounting procedures. She as well has raised the three Sasser sons.
